Trainer: The Trainer should now introduce the case study. The attendees are invited to work within their MFI/Bank groups. The case study should be conducted as follows:

1. The attendees will calculate the PESO performance standards ratios.
   
   
2. They will then analyze the results, and summarize what they mean.
   
   
3. They will propose corrective actions.
   
   
4. 1 or 2 groups will be invited to present their analysis, and findings, to the workshop.
   
   
5. The overall exercise could take up to three hours.
