| Trainer:
The Trainer should now introduce the case study. The attendees
are invited to work within their MFI/NGO groups. The case
study should be conducted as follows:
- The attendees will calculate the PESO performance standards
ratios.
- They will then analyze the results, and discuss what they
mean.
- They will propose corrective actions.
- 1 or 2 groups will be invited to present their analysis,
and findings, to the workshop.
- The overall exercise could take up to three hours, so
the Trainer will need to plan accordingly.
