napc organizational structure


The Commission's organizational structure embodies the principle of basic sector participation in policy decision-making at the highest level of governance. It compromises a government sector component with twenty-five (25) national government agencies and presidents of the four (4) leagues of local governments; and a basic sector component with representatives of fourteen (14) sectors.
